PVD colored sheet can be used to fabricate a number of architectural and interior applications for interior and exterior use

PVD colored stainless steel has the following properties:-

• Replicates more expensive materials such as bronze, brass and gold
• Non-tarnishing, does not develop a verdigris or patina, maintains original appearance
• Durable and scratch-resistant
• UV-light  stable, does not fade
• Corrosion and weather-resistant making it suitable for exterior use
• Salt-water resistant making it suitable for exterior and marine environments and in areas where salt is used for street-cleaning
• Graffiti-resistant – marker pen can be wiped off, spray paint can be peeled off once dry
• PVD  colored sheet material can be V-Grooved and folded after coloring

The PVD process is also more environmentally friendly than processes such as electroplating and painting, with zero discharge of gas, water waste or other residue. (SUSTAINABLE)

COPPER SHEETS AND PLATES

Copper sheet and plate, is widely known for its architectural applications, while the familiar green patina appearance is achieved when exposed to the weather elements. Copper sheet and plate has excellent hot or cold formability and is formable when heated. Copper sheets and plates are also characterized by their high electrical and thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance.

BRASS

Brass is the generic term for a range of copper-zinc alloys with different combinations of properties, including strength, machinability, ductility, wear resistance, hardness, colour, electrical and thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
